Q-to-U-BBQ is owned and operated by the husband and wife team of David and Karyn Rosol, with the assistance of their two boys Ryan and Zachary.  

The Rosol Family competes regularly and with great success in KCBS (Kansas City Barbecue Society) sanctioned competitions under the nationally ranked team Toys 4 BBQ'N.  Over the years, they have won many awards for their barbecue and in 2008 they were recognized as the 4th ranked team in state of Arizona for competitive barbecue.

It was out on the circuit that David and Karyn developed their passion for slow-smoked Barbecue and they wanted to bring that passion to the public.   With determination, hard work and some good fortune, Q-to-U-BBQ was born.  The Rosol's only use the finest ingredients, and prepare each dish with an infusion of patience, passion and love.

The Rosol family has been a staple and mainstay in Anthem, Arizona and have been serving up Barbecue cuisine at several community and charity events.  They take great pride in supporting their community and have been involved in numerous large-scale activities. 

Some of the organizations that have been impacted by the Rosol family’s efforts include but are not limited to the High Desert Little League, Fellowship Church and Diamond Canyon School.  We look forward to help many others, as Anthem is our community and together we can make it grow and flourish.
